Shipment:
Shipping costs are not included, the customer will pay $9,900 Approximately at the time of receiving the order at the address indicated in the city of Medellin, in cities other than these the customer will leave the value of the shipment at his door or the person in charge of receiving it – The shipping price varies depending on the city of origin – Nadia Lingerie will make the delivery through a trusted logistics company, which ensures the good treatment of your products during transport, security and compliance with delivery times from 2 to 5 business days to main cities and municipalities, which start counting from the day the payment was approved (this process is notified in your email). Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.

TWarranty Terms:
PFor hygiene reasons we do not accept changes or returns of intimate garments such as Bodys, Bralette, Panties, Top, Pajamas, Light; except when factory defects have been identified and with prior analysis of the case, for which Nadia Lingerie must be contacted to analyze the case previously before sending the garment under warranty to schedule the receipt of the garment.

Warranty Request for Manufacturing Defects: Up to 30 days (1 month) after purchase.

Response time:
The time established by law to respond to the request for the guarantee process is 30 business days from receipt of the product at the Nadia Lingerie offices at the address: Transversal 2 # 30-15 Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia.

Condition:
The product has its box, packaging, accessories and invoice or equivalent document, the garment must be in perfect condition with no signs of use and that it is within the warranty period offered and described above.
